Janice, a Reiki Master Teacher, Sound Healer and musician will guide you through a meditative experience to release all that no longer serves us as we move into the Fall Season! She and her friends, gifted Reiki practitioners, Qigong instructors, and sound healers, will combine intention setting, breathwork, meditation, vibrations & singing bowls, mantras, and a mini Reiki session for an unforgettable journey!
No experience necessary! Whether you’re new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this event will leave you feeling rejuvenated, centered, and balanced.
